Lisa Leary, MS has been coaching healthcare professionals for over 15 years. Building on the adage of "those who do the work, are the best ones to improve the work" she supports her clients through collaboration and education. Clients can expect increased capacity for change, measurable results, and joy in the process of learning and improving.
She has successfully worked with healthcare practices using Lean Six Sigma and Clinical Microsystems theory to reduce waste, increase revenue, and empower staff to both do and improve work. Lisa equips teams to diagnose and treat their system using innovative, cost-effective solutions. She has published and presented on a variety of topics, including using microsystems to transform practice, measurement fundamentals for quality improvement, and defining and understanding quality in nursing home settings.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Granite State College, and a Master of Science in Evaluative Clinical Science from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and brings a variety of tools and methodologies to teams as well as passion for motivating organizational teams to achieve their goals.
